Services and
Support for the visit
The National Museum of the Italian Risorgimento welcomes you with a series of services designed to make your visit comfortable. Whether you are with family, school, or in a group, you will find spaces, tools, and support suitable for your needs.
Information and
reception
At the ticket office, you will find an information desk, active in Italian and English, where our staff is available to answer your questions and provide directions. You also have access to a multilingual interactive totem to easily navigate through the rooms, routes, and services.
Luggage
For your convenience, a storage area is available for small bags. If you are visiting with a school group, we provide special boxes where you can safely store backpacks and teaching materials during the tour.
Access
with animals
Our four-legged friends are welcome, if they are small and transported in appropriate rigid carriers. For safety reasons and to protect the exhibition spaces, animals held in arms or bags are not allowed. Guide dogs assisting people with visual disabilities are always welcome.
Mobility and
accessibility
The Museum is fully accessible by wheelchair (both in the exhibition halls and in the restrooms). In addition, a wheelchair is available for loan, free of charge.
Consult all the services dedicated to people with disabilities on the accessibility page, where you will also find information on specific routes for blind, visually impaired, deaf, and hard of hearing visitors.
