All museum spaces are accessible to people with mobility impairments and wheelchairs. A free wheelchair is available for visitors with mobility issues at reception. All display cases are wheelchair-accessible.

BLIND / VISUALLY IMPAIRED VISITORS

The video-audio guide features a dedicated tour for blind visitors, allowing them to explore some of the collection's objects. Touch panels are located in every room and at the Museum entrances. Binoculars are available for visually impaired visitors; please request them at the ticket office. Audio guides with Braille keyboards are also available.

The video audio guide features a sign language (LIS) tour. Specially designed bone-induction headphones for the hearing impaired are available free of charge at the ticket office.
