The Memorandum of Understanding between the National Museum of Risorgimento Italian and the Italian Red Cross – Turin Committee ODV. The signing took place in the presence of the Museum's President, Luisa Papotti, and the President of the Turin Red Cross. Michele Furci. An agreement that opens a shared path dedicated to civic culture, solidarity, and the valorization of historical heritage in dialogue with the challenges of the present.
The agreement stems from a shared vision: to make historical memory a living space, capable of generating awareness, participation, and collective responsibility. The goal is to develop shared projects aimed at diverse audiences, with a particular focus on younger generations, volunteers, and citizens.

Areas of collaboration
The Protocol defines a broad and flexible operational framework, which includes:
- the organization of meetings, conferences and seminars on history, citizenship, emergencies and solidarity
- the development of educational programs aimed at schools, young people and volunteers
- the co-design of cultural and educational activities that bring the Museum's collections into dialogue with the experience of the Red Cross
- the mutual valorization of activities through the communication channels of the two entities
This collaboration strengthens the role of cultural and social institutions as spaces for civic encounters and education, where historical memory dialogues with the community's contemporary challenges.
