The Giovanni Faldella (1846-1928) collection contains evidence of his work as a historian and researcher. It contains extensive correspondence between Faldella and historians, archivists, and witnesses to the events he studied and published—particularly the work "The Ruffini Brothers. History of Young Italy," published in installments from 1895 to 1897 by Roux-Frassati; many documents that, due to their size, constitute small collections in their own right, often donated to him by family members and friends of figures connected to Young Italy, such as the Ruffini brothers, Francesco Guglielmi, and Francesco Tadini, or historical documents of various provenance; and finally, some of his manuscripts. Also of interest is the collection of newspapers.
