Friday 11 September at 17.30 pm, the Codes Room of the National Museum of Risorgimento Italian hosts a new appointment of MYTH for the City 2026, a parallel event of the MITO SettembreMusica Festival promoted by the City of Turin and the Foundation for Culture.
For the review Female music, the concert offers a program entirely dedicated to female composers who have long remained on the margins of musical history: works often forgotten, published under pseudonyms or obscured by a cultural system that favored male authors.
On the occasion of the eightieth anniversary of June 2, 1946, the Trio 2 giugno '46 — Laura Lanfranchi (soprano), Cecilia Bacci (violin), and Sara Musso (piano) — gives voice to this repertoire, intertwining music and civic memory.
